I've decided to make a career pivot...

For many years, writing has been my "full-time" gig. Actually, my full time job has been my kids, but I haven't had a "day job" since I was pregnant with my youngest (who just turned nine). But a lot of my time has been spent writing and building my author career.

Literature and writing have always been my passion so I've decided to go back to school and get my teaching degree. I have an English degree, so I plan to get my masters and teach English in a secondary classroom. Teaching has always been a dream and I'm now in a season of my life where it's a good time to pursue it.

I have no intention to quit writing.

But I'll be working in an elementary school part-time beginning next month to help with bills and I'll be starting my classes soon after. With my changing schedule, my writing time will be limited for the near future.

I plan to finish Igniting Fae Flames and Stars as soon as possible--before I begin my masters program.
